What is the life expectancy of my HVAC system?
Air conditioning units generally last around 15 years or so depending on some factors. If you want your air conditioning unit to live as long as possible, you want to get it maintained twice a year depending on your location. Clients who reside beside a corrosive prone environment, should try to get their HVAC checked every 3 months. Your AC, like your ventilation, should be sized correctly for your home.
Do you provide free estimate on repairs?
Need a free estimate on a new HVACR system? We'll perform the necessary measurements and give you the best system recommendations for your space, zone or need.
What is the difference between a free estimate and diagnostic?
Where the estimate is the completion of a possible diagnostics carried on your HVACR unit, we give estimate as per requirement. Diagnostics of a system will be charged to you while estimate for a new unit will be free.
How much is your diagnostic fee and what does it cover?
Fees are charged per HVACR unit differently and are not constant. The fee covers the identification of a possible problem with your HVACR system, a full report of the issues discovered and a solution proffered. Note; Diagnostics fee do not cover repair fee.
Can my diagnostic fee be applied toward the cost of my repair?
Diagnostics fees are, totally different from repair fees except, with clients that have maintenance contracts with us.
How long are your time frames? Why are they so long and can you provide a more accurate time?
Our time frames are not long when we control the materials used for repair or replace. We only ask our clients to wait long time when the HVACR system, replacement part is not within our grasp and needs to be imported. Logistics sometimes takes, a whole time. This is why, we have a logistics company partner to help our clients get the solution in time.
